- Estimate costs before a visit or procedure

How your plan works
Until you meet your deductible each calendar year, you pay 100% of the BCBSNE contracted amount for in network doctor and hospital services.
Once you have met your deductible, we begin to share the costs until you meet your out-of-pocket maximum.
Once you meet your out-of-pocket maximum, we pay all covered in-network expenses for the rest of the calendar year.

Pharmacy Benefits
Employees of self-funded groups should check with their employer regarding their pharmacy benefits as they may not be with BCBSNE.
Your pharmacy benefits consist of a prescription drug list (PDL) and pharmacy network. The PDL includes all covered medications and to keep costs down, you should use pharmacies that are in your pharmacy network.
Your pharmacy benefits also include other services like home delivery of maintenance medications, specialty medication programs and much more.
