- Medicare Advantage members call 888-488-9850 (TTY 711) between 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. CT, seven days a week from Oct. 1 through March 31 and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday from April 1 through Sept. 30
