Video chat with a licensed therapist when and where it’s convenient for you. Licensed therapists are available seven days a week, 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. local time. They can provide treatment for the following conditions:

• Bereavement
• Stress
• Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
• Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
• Trauma/Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska members will be responsible for their health plan copay or cost shares; non-members will be required to pay the standard cost for a visit.
