Cash Discounts

If you offer a cash discount, that discount needs to be extended to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE) members. The discounted amount must be the amount billed on the claim. If a BCBSNE member requests a claim be filed for a non-covered service, the provider must file the claim. See the Sliding Fee Schedule policy for more information.
