Sliding Fee Schedule

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE) providers must be consistent in the amount they charge for services. If a sliding fee scale is used for disadvantaged clients, it must also apply to BCBSNE patients. That amount is what must be billed. See the Cash Discounts policy for additional information.
