Panorex and Full Mouth X-Rays

Either one panorex or one full-mouth X-ray is allowed every three years (unless a group amends for longer). If both are billed on the same day, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska will only pay for one.  All others would be the responsibility of the member.
