Dental X-Rays

X-rays should only be submitted in the following situations:  

• Anterior crowns  
• Multiple restorations of same teeth  
• Extensive anterior restorations  
• Accidents when the services are crowns, root canals, fractures, posterior teeth repair, orthodontic services or implants  
• Veneers for Procedure Codes 
• Impactions other than wisdom teeth
